[Main] Korean Recipes - Chicken Mayo


Chicken is very famous of Korean food.

It can make with KFC. 

Among Korean food recipes, it's really tasty and easy to cook.

However, I just worry about your diet!

♣ Main ingredient
Fried Chicken, Half onion, 1 spoon crushed garlic, 2 eggs, some rice, mayonnaise and cooking oil

♣ Teriyaki sauce
2 spoons soy sauce, 2 spoons sugar or syrup, 50ml water
* All spoon means "table spoon"



 ♣ Cooking step
1. Make scrambled egg on preheated pan with cooking oil

2. Heat fried chicken on the pan * With cooking oil, crispy fried chicken.

3. Oil the frying pan and fry crushed garlic and onion

4. When the onion is nicely roasted, put soy sauce, sugar, and water in order and boil over medium heat in 5 minutes

5. Put rice, scrambled egg, fried onion, chicken, and mayonnaise on a bowl. Finally you make chicken mayo!

[10Min Cooking] How to Make Korean Food - Bacon-Leek Scrambled Egg


Bacon-Leek Scrambled Egg

Today Korean food recipe is good for healthy and diet.

Furthermore, everyone can cook!! 

Leek helps man improve their stamina!! Really good at it. Nothing can be explained by the other way^^


♣ Ingredient
Bacon 100g, Leek 100g, Half onion, Egg 3, Crushed garlic 1 spoon, Cooking oil

♣ Step1. Pour egg wash in preheated pan after cooking oil

2. Just stir well then you can have nice scrambled egg

3. Put cooking oil a pan and stir-fry crushed garlic and bacon over medium heat

4. Put onion and stir-fry together once bacon were half-ready

5. Put leek when the onion is half-ready and stir-fry together

6. When the leek has lost its crispness, mix with the scrambled egg. Then you can finally have "Bacon-leek Scramble"!!

If you like salt, please put it^^ 

Some water or milk makes scrambled egg softer just when egg wash is going ready

[Main] Mapo Tofu Recipe - Make Tasty and Diet Korean Food


Mapo Tofu is classic Chinese food. I will make it Korean food fusion style!

When I worked in Singapore, I had it a lot. Tasty and not so oily.

Shall we make it together?


♣ Ingredient

Minced Pork 200g, Pepper powder 1 spoon, Half onion, Garlic 1 spoon, Mushroom 2, A block of tofu, Spring onion 50g, Starch powder half spoon, A glass of water, Cooking oil, 3 pinches of salt, Some pepper

♣ Sauce 
Chinese Oyster flavored sauce 2.5 spoons, Oyster sauce 1 spoon, Soy sauce 1 spoon, Cooking wine 1 spoon

♣ Steps
1. Salt and pepper meat

2. Preheat pan and put cooking oil and pepper powder to make chili oil
* If you have chili oil, please use it. 1.5 ~ 2 spoons will be enough

3. Put onion, marinated port, and garlic together and fry well.

4. Put mushroom once the pork had been half-ready

5. When all the ingredients are mixed well, pour the sauce and a glass of water

6. Once water had been boiled, put tofu

7. Put starch mix when tofu are ready and boil until the soup had thickened

8. Put spring onion and simmer 2 minutes then you can finally have Korean style mapo tofu!!

Starch powder 1 : water 1

Chili oil is easily burned, so stir quickly and shortly

[Main] Korean Style Vegetable Curry

Korean Style Vegetable Curry




Curry is good for health and good way of serving vegetable to kid who don't want to have vegetable.

♣ Ingredient
Pork 200g, Half onion, Potato 1Ea, Half papurika, 1/3 Broccoli, 1/3 Carrot, 3 cups of water, Curry powder, Cooking oil, Salt, pepper

♣ Cooking step

1. Salt and pepper meat

2. Fry onion with cooking oil in a pot

3. Pick the onion out in a pot and fry pork and potato

4. Put curry powder, papurika, broccoli, and Carrot in a pot once pork and potato were almost ready

5. Pour 3 cups of water and boil at high heat

6. Put the fried onion in the pot when curry thickened and simmer 5 ~ 10 mins at low heat. Then you can have tasty vegetable curry!

Stirring occasionally to prevent sticking ^^ 

Reason to fry onion first is that onion makes tasty better!!

[Snack] How to make Korean food (Garlic Stir-Fried Rice Cake, Tteokbokki)



Garlic is good for man.......There is no such a explanation..just good for man!

These days, garlic stir-fired rice cake(Tteokbokki) is fabulous in Korea. Hence, I would like to show you all how to make it.

♣ Ingredient 
Rice cake, 5 Garlic, Half onion, 2 cups of Stock, Hot pepper sauce 2.5 spoons, Soy sauce 2 spoons, Plum sauce(can be sugar 1 spoon) 3 spoons, Fish cake 200g, Cooking oil

♣ Cooking step

1. Fried rice cake and put it out.

2. Put cooking oil, garlic, and onion in the pan and fry it.

3. Pour stock in the pan and put hot pepper, soy, and plum sauce once its stock boiled

4. Put fish cake and the fried rice cake(1) in the pan.

5. Simmer 5 ~ 10 mins

You can get finally Korean food(Garlic stir-fried rice cake, Ttokbokki 떡볶이)
