[Main] Korean Style Vegetable Curry

Korean Style Vegetable Curry




Curry is good for health and good way of serving vegetable to kid who don't want to have vegetable.

♣ Ingredient
Pork 200g, Half onion, Potato 1Ea, Half papurika, 1/3 Broccoli, 1/3 Carrot, 3 cups of water, Curry powder, Cooking oil, Salt, pepper

♣ Cooking step

1. Salt and pepper meat

2. Fry onion with cooking oil in a pot

3. Pick the onion out in a pot and fry pork and potato

4. Put curry powder, papurika, broccoli, and Carrot in a pot once pork and potato were almost ready

5. Pour 3 cups of water and boil at high heat

6. Put the fried onion in the pot when curry thickened and simmer 5 ~ 10 mins at low heat. Then you can have tasty vegetable curry!

Stirring occasionally to prevent sticking ^^ 

Reason to fry onion first is that onion makes tasty better!!
