[Snack] How to make Korean food (Garlic Stir-Fried Rice Cake, Tteokbokki)
Garlic is good for man.......There is no such a explanation..just good for man!
These days, garlic stir-fired rice cake(Tteokbokki) is fabulous in Korea. Hence, I would like to show you all how to make it.
♣ Ingredient
Rice cake, 5 Garlic, Half onion, 2 cups of Stock, Hot pepper sauce 2.5 spoons, Soy sauce 2 spoons, Plum sauce(can be sugar 1 spoon) 3 spoons, Fish cake 200g, Cooking oil
♣ Cooking step
1. Fried rice cake and put it out.
2. Put cooking oil, garlic, and onion in the pan and fry it.
3. Pour stock in the pan and put hot pepper, soy, and plum sauce once its stock boiled
4. Put fish cake and the fried rice cake(1) in the pan.
5. Simmer 5 ~ 10 mins
You can get finally Korean food(Garlic stir-fried rice cake, Ttokbokki 떡볶이)
