Mapo Tofu is classic Chinese food. I will make it Korean food fusion style!
When I worked in Singapore, I had it a lot. Tasty and not so oily.

♣ Ingredient
Minced Pork 200g, Pepper powder 1 spoon, Half onion, Garlic 1 spoon, Mushroom 2, A block of tofu, Spring onion 50g, Starch powder half spoon, A glass of water, Cooking oil, 3 pinches of salt, Some pepper♣ Sauce
Chinese Oyster flavored sauce 2.5 spoons, Oyster sauce 1 spoon, Soy sauce 1 spoon, Cooking wine 1 spoon
♣ Steps
1. Salt and pepper meat
2. Preheat pan and put cooking oil and pepper powder to make chili oil
* If you have chili oil, please use it. 1.5 ~ 2 spoons will be enough
3. Put onion, marinated port, and garlic together and fry well.
4. Put mushroom once the pork had been half-ready
5. When all the ingredients are mixed well, pour the sauce and a glass of water
6. Once water had been boiled, put tofu
7. Put starch mix when tofu are ready and boil until the soup had thickened
8. Put spring onion and simmer 2 minutes then you can finally have Korean style mapo tofu!!
